If you've never seen fractals before, you're probably wondering how these pictures were made. You're either thinking I'm a fantastic artist, or I had a little help. Since I already know I'm not a great artist, I must confess that I had a little help - mathematics. The following short pages contain some information to help you understand what fractals are.
